- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cubed
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled, shelled, and chopped
